Diamondbacks sweep Phils

Damian Miller had a career-high four hits and drove in two runs,and Armando Reynoso pitched 7 2/3 strong innings as the ArizonaDiamondbacks beat visiting Philadelphia 5-1 Wednesday to complete athree-game sweep.

Miller was 7-for-13 in the series as Arizona won its fourthstraight to stay one game behind first-place San Francisco in the NLWest.

Reynoso (10-7) allowed one run and six hits. He struck out seven,walked one and retired 16 consecutive batters at one point.

Byung-Hyun Kim struck out Scott Rolen to end a first-and-third,two-out threat in the eighth. Matt Mantei pitched a scoreless ninthdespite loading the bases.

Arizona finished the season 8-1 …
